Grand Haven Office

Kymberly works with individuals and couples who want to better understand the emotional and relational patterns shaping their lives. Many of the clients she works with find themselves struggling with people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, chronic overthinking, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions.

Her work often explores family of origin dynamics, attachment patterns, and grief, helping clients understand how earlier life experiences continue to influence present-day relationships and self-trust.

Kymberly integrates attachment-based therapy with somatic and nervous system-informed approaches to help clients better understand their emotional responses and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. She also has additional training in grief and somatic work, supporting clients through both significant loss and everyday complex emotional experiences.

Her style is down-to-earth, honest, and relational. Kymberly aims to create a space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are while working toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
