I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology and Criminal Justice and my Master’s in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. I’ve worked as a Psychiatric Technician and Clinical Social Worker at Pine Rest, becoming fully licensed in July of 2024.
I provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. I approach each individual with compassion, respect, and unconditional positive regard.
My therapeutic style blends evidence-based practices—including CBT, DBT, and ACT—tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I focus on building on your strengths to help you make meaningful, values-based changes that support long-term well-being.
I specialize in working with young adults (12+) through older adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. Whether you're just beginning your mental health journey or continuing it, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and encouragement.
New clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where honesty and open communication are encouraged. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and equipped to move forward. I look forward to working with you!
