Welcome! Whether you are healing from past wounds or trying to survive the challenges of today, you do not have to do it alone. I help individuals and couples navigate life’s heaviest burdens and most complex transitions. My practice provides a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where you can process painful experiences, restore your emotional balance, and rebuild your life on your own terms.

Your story is unique, and your therapy should be too. Drawing from many years of diverse social work experience, I blend evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma informed care, and attachment theory to meet your specific goals.

My approach is deeply collaborative. We will work together at a pace that feels secure to you, focusing not just on managing your symptoms, but on fostering genuine, long-term resilience.
I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008. I have worked in child welfare, elementary and middle schools, and medical settings including emergency services, inpatient medical floors, and primary care. My specialties include trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, caregiver stress, and chronic illness. I bring a wealth of seasoned, practical wisdom to every session. It would be an honor to support you as you navigate your path to wellness.
