My goal as a therapist is to empower clients by building on their strengths and honoring their unique experiences. I will walk alongside you as we navigate life’s challenges together—you are not alone.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University in 2020 and became fully licensed in 2023. I have experience working as a school-based mental health clinician and supporting survivors of sexual abuse through a Children’s Advocacy Center. I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other life stressors.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and relational theory, to tailor therapy to each individual. My goal is to provide support in a way that feels practical, meaningful, and aligned with your needs.
Taking the step to begin therapy is a powerful investment in your well-being. I’m honored to support you in that process and look forward to being in your corner.
