I approach therapy with the belief that each person holds the strength and capacity for change within themselves. My role as a Clinical Social Worker/Client-Centered Therapist, is to walk alongside you—offering support, compassion, and guidance—as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth.

Grounded in a client-centered, strength-based philosophy, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work collaboratively to help you identify your goals, build on your inherent resilience, and develop tools that align with your values and lived experience.

After earning my Master of Social Work in 2021 from Grand Valley State University, my background includes work in medical social work, outpatient substance abuse, family advocacy, and school-based mental health counseling. These experiences have shaped a flexible, creative, and deeply empathetic approach to care.

I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and family system stress. Whether you're navigating a personal struggle or looking to deepen self-understanding, I’m here to support you in moving forward—on your terms, at your pace.
